Free Zone Company Registration UAE

Zones across all seven emirates

Own your company outright. Pick the zone that actually fits your activity, not the one with the loudest advert. We match you to it, then handle the registration end to end: zone selection, name reservation, licence application, facility, establishment card, visas and your corporate bank account. One team across the authority, immigration and the bank, so you are not chasing three desks yourself.

We handle free zone company registration UAE wide rather than pushing one zone we are tied to. The recommendation follows your activity, your customers and your visa plan, not which authority pays the highest referral.

Not All Free Zones Are the Same

Each zone sets its own activity list, facility rules and visa allocation. Choosing on headline price alone is how companies end up re-registering a year later. Start with the licence type you need.

Free Zone Company Registration UAE, Handled End to End

One team across the free zone authority, immigration and the bank. You are not the one chasing three different desks. Nothing missed.

Free Zone Selection

We shortlist on your activity, your customers and your visa plan, not on which authority pays the highest referral.

Name Reservation

Company name checked against the authority's rules and reserved before anything else moves.

Licence Application

Application prepared, filed and followed up with the free zone authority until the licence is issued.

Documentation

Incorporation documents prepared, with notarisation and attestation arranged where your zone requires it.

Establishment Card

Immigration file opened so you can start processing visas as soon as the licence lands.

Residence Visas

Free Zones Across the UAE

We register companies across the emirates rather than pushing one zone we are tied to. These are the activities we set up most.

Trading and distribution: import, export and re-export businesses that need the right customs and warehousing setup.
Consulting and professional services: advisory, management and professional firms, typically the lightest to establish.
E-commerce: online retail and marketplace sellers, including the fulfilment and payment-gateway questions that follow.
Media and creative: production, advertising, design and content businesses, in the zones built for them.
Technology and software: software, IT services and technology startups, including founder and developer visas.
Logistics and freight: freight, shipping and supply chain operations that need to sit near a port or airport.

Authority fees are set by the free zone and vary between them. We quote our service fee separately so you can see exactly what is a government charge and what is ours. The UAE government's own business services overview is a useful cross-check.

Free Zone Questions Answered

Can a free zone company trade in the UAE mainland?
Not directly. A free zone licence covers activity inside the zone and internationally. Selling to mainland customers generally needs a distributor, a commercial agent or a mainland branch. Tell us where your customers are and we will tell you honestly whether a free zone is the right structure, or whether mainland suits you better.
How many visas can I get?
The allocation follows the facility you take, not the licence on its own. A flexi-desk carries a small quota; an office or warehouse carries more. Share your hiring plan and we size the facility to it.
Do I need to be in the UAE to register?
Much of the process runs remotely. Some zones require the shareholder or manager to attend in person for signing, and the visa stage needs you in the country for medical and Emirates ID.
Which free zone is cheapest?
The cheapest licence is rarely the cheapest company. Facility rules, visa quotas, activity restrictions and renewal costs all differ, and a low headline fee attached to the wrong activity list is expensive to fix. We compare total first-year and renewal cost across the zones that fit.
Can I move to a different free zone later?
Yes, but it means registering afresh in the new zone and closing the old company, with visas transferred or cancelled. Choosing correctly at the start is considerably cheaper than correcting it.
Is a free zone company exempt from corporate tax?
No. Free zone companies fall within the UAE corporate tax regime and register like any other business. Preferential treatment applies only where the Federal Tax Authority conditions are met, and that is assessed on income, not on address.
What happens after the licence is issued?
The licence and facility lease renew annually and the establishment file has to stay current. We diarise the dates so the reminder comes from us rather than from a penalty notice.
